Reason:
This exception occurred when a transfer failed during monitoring of the schedule transfer execution process. It may be due to a CA XCOM Interface server interaction problem, or a valid transfer parameter is not provided or missing.
Action:
Review the log file to rectify the problem and reschedule the transfer.
