Reason:

This exception occurred when validating the request parameters for identifying the request is either from any user or XCOM, for example through gateway bridge. It occurred when both session token and transport Id values are not null which is not valid.

This exception occurred when validating the request parameters for a request from a user or from CA XCOM Data Transport. It occurred because both session token and transport ID values are not null; this combination of values is not valid.

Action:

Provide either a valid session token or a valid transport ID and resubmit the action.
