Stop Services

Stop the following services before starting the upgrade.

Follow these steps:

1. Log out CA Virtual Assurance user interfaces.
2. Stop the following Windows services:
   • CAAIPTomcat
   • CAAIPApache
   • CA Message Queuing Server (ActiveMQ)
