Access the User Interface

Access the CA Virtual Assurance user interface to discover, manage, and configure physical and virtual resources.

To access the user interface

1. Open a web browser and enter the following URL:

   https://servername:port/UI
   

   servername

   Identifies the server on which the CA Virtual Assurance Manager is installed.

   port

   Identifies the Apache Tomcat Server port entered during installation.

   Default: 8443

   The CA Virtual Assurance login page appears.

2. Enter a valid user name and password and click Login.

   Note: Select the Keep Me Logged In check box to avoid an automatic logout during periods of inactivity.

   The user interface appears with the Dashboard displayed by default.
