Symptom:
When I try to back up directories and data according to the instructions in the Installation Guide, the listed registry keys do not match on 64-bit systems.
Solution:
In the Back up the Directories and Data section, the queries for the Product Installation Directory and IDManager Install Directory refer to 32-bit registry keys only.
Use the following registry keys:
Product Installation Directory
32 bit: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\DynamicProvisioningManager"
64 bit: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ComputerAssociates\DynamicProvisioningManager"
IDManager Install Directory
32 bit: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\InfrastructureDeployment"
64 bit: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ComputerAssociates\InfrastructureDeployment"
