Subcode X’214’ allows applications and programs running on different virtual machines to change the password and password status of a user ID. This subcode also enables you to synchronize password changes among different computer systems.
This interface is being replaced by subcode X’60’. The new routine provides the additional capabilities of changing password phrases as well as traditional passwords. Subcode X’214’ support is still available, but will be removed in a future release of CA VM:Secure.
