Use the DIAL rule to control the terminal addresses that can use the CP DIAL command to dial to a user ID.

Accepts or rejects the DIAL request controlled by this rule.
Defines the set of terminal addresses this rule is to govern. Values for requester are explained in Specifying Terminal Addresses for the requester Variable in this chapter.
You must also specify an option that corresponds to the type of terminal address specified for requester.

Specifies that an address that can be specified on the DIAL command line. If this address is not used in the rule, or is specified as '*,' then the rule applies to all dial‑able addresses within the scope of the rule.
Note: For more information about the options, see Common Rule Options.
Specifies the member system node name, in a Single System Image complex, where a terminal real address is connected. Because the same terminal real address might be defined on multiple member names in a complex, the node name parameter is required when one specific terminal authorization is granted. If the node name is omitted, then the rule applies for the terminal address on any member node.
