Before you install PEF, the Rules Facility must be installed and running, otherwise the encryption utility will fail.
To install PEF, you must make several changes to the CA VM:Secure CP component and to the directory database.
Important! These changes require you to shut down and re-IPL both CA VM:Secure and your VM system.
