An authorized user can create log messages that can be displayed to the entire system, to a certain security group, to users whose logon procedure is incorrect, or to users who issue a request that is not governed by a rule in the rules database. You must have the appropriate LOGMSG authorization in the AUTHORIZ CONFIG file to use the LOGMSG command.
