Messages intended for the system operator are sent to this list of users. If a specified user ID is not logged on when a message is generated, the message is sent to the CA VM:Secure system log.
Note: The user IDs specified on the SYSOPER record do not automatically receive authorization to issue the END command to terminate CA VM:Secure. User IDs that are allowed to terminate CA VM:Secure operation must have a GRANT record with explicit END, END FORCE, or END NOFORCE authorization in the AUTHORIZ CONFIG file.
