(CA VM:Secure only) If you have the Rules Facility installed, the IPLDISK record is not necessary. However, if you use the EXPIRE command to expire user IDs and you do not have the Rules Facility installed, the IPLDISK record is required because the password prompt issued to new user IDs or to user IDs that have been expired is produced by a program IPLed from this minidisk.
