You must have END or END FORCE authorization through a GRANT END FORCE record in the AUTHORIZ CONFIG file to be able to terminate CA VM:Secure immediately.
To allow a user to terminate CA VM:Secure, only after all current processes complete, give that user END NOFORCE authorization through a GRANT record in the AUTHORIZ CONFIG file.
