PENCRYPT Utility (CA VM:Secure only)

Use the PENCRYPT utility to encrypt or decrypt all logon and minidisk directory passwords using a specific algorithm. The CA VM:Secure Rules Facility must already be installed and running on your system before you can run this utility.
