Reason:
The user issued a command that the user is not authorized to use and CA VM:Secure must return special notification to the user that the request is rejected. The request is ignored and a REJECT message is returned to the user through the CP SMSG command.
Action:
For proper authorization, put the following record in the AUTHORIZ CONFIG file:
GRANT command TO userid
