Reason:
The virtual machine serverid which is running CA VM:Secure has not been given administrator authority in file pool filepoolid.
Action:
Use the CMS ENROLL ADMINISTRATOR command to give the server the authority it requires or place the name of the server on the ADMIN record in the DMSPARMS file of the file pool server machine.
