CA VM:Secure encountered an error trying to use the Advanced Program‑to‑Program Communication (APPC) facility. CA VM:Secure issues this message then waits one minute before retrying the request. CA VM:Secure sends this message to the CA VM:Secure operator and service virtual machine.
