Reason:
During initialization, CA VM:Secure encountered a problem trying to use the Advanced Program‑to‑Program Communication (APPC) facility. Specifically, CA VM:Secure could not identify a resource ID to the CP *IDENT system service. CA VM:Secure sends this message to the CA VM:Secure operator and service virtual machine console log file. CA VM:Secure waits one minute and then retries the request.
Action:
Look up the IPRCODE code in the IUCV CONNECT portion of the IBM programming services manual and correct the problem. If necessary, contact Technical Support.
