Reason:
If userid is the CA VM:Secure service virtual machine at your site, CA VM:Secure is unavailable. If userid is the service virtual machine of another CA product at your site, CA VM:Secure cannot communicate with that product; your site may be running incompatible release levels of the two products. The command sent to userid fails.
Action:
Your CA VM:Secure system administrator must determine if CA VM:Secure is available or why CA VM:Secure cannot communicate with the other product service virtual machine. If necessary, your system administrator can contact Technical Support.
