Reason:
The Inter‑User Communication Vehicle (IUCV) allows a user to talk with the CA VM:Secure service virtual machine. CA VM:Secure is unable to initialize an IUCV interface to communicate with other virtual machines. CA VM:Secure initialization fails.
Action:
Refer to the IBM documentation on CMS macros and functions for an explanation of the return codes from the HNDIUCV macro. Correct the problem and start CA VM:Secure again. If necessary, contact Technical Support.
