Reason:
The mode for the DRCT database minidisk indicated a minidisk that was not accessed read/write or was not empty. The VMXGNR utility program execution terminates with an error.
Action:
Access the DRCT database minidisk read/write, make sure it is empty, and run the VMXGNR utility again.
