Reason:
The CA VM:Secure service virtual machine is in a hung state. This may be due to a loop or wait state caused by a read to the console. After a predetermined amount of time, the access rules controlling logons to the CA VM:Secure service virtual machine are suspended to allow site support personnel to log on to the CA VM:Secure service virtual machine and diagnose the problem. Execution continues normally.
Action:
Notify Technical Support.
