Reason:
The CA VM:Secure service virtual machine is not available, and you entered a CA VM:Secure audited CP command. In addition, you have a CPACTION record that specifies WAIT in the VMXRPI CONFIG file. CA VM:Secure asks if you want to try the request again or cancel it.
Action:
Either try the command again or cancel it.
