Reason:

CA VM:Secure was unable to update the table of CP security bits, which is used to select the CP commands that CA VM:Secure controls.

Action:

Ensure that the correct version of the CA VM:Secure CP component (CA VM:Secure release and version for your site’s CP release) is installed. If it is, retain the console log with this error message and contact Technical Support.
