This message is preceded by message 0021I. CFGUPGRD JOIN was unable to locate either the SECURITY or DSUPPORT CONFIG files, or both. These files are not necessarily required to successfully finish processing, so the EXEC continues processing.
Action:
Determine if the missing files are actually required to properly construct the VMSECURE CONFIG file. If not, ignore these messages. Otherwise, access these files and rerun CFGUPGRD JOIN.
