VOLUME label LABEL CANNOT BE CHANGED. IT IS CP OWNED OR ATTACHED TO A USER.

Reason:

The LABEL parameter was specified on the CA VM:Secure CHGVOLNM command, and the specified volume either contains CP areas and is CP OWNED, or the volume is attached to another user ID.

Action:

CP OWNED volumes cannot be changed by the CA VM:Secure CHGVOLNM command. If the device is attached to a user, make necessary arrangements to detach the volume from that user and then try the command again.
