Reason:
During initialization, CA VM:Secure found a temporary edit file for the indicated file name. While attempting to erase this temporary file, CA VM:Secure received a nonzero return code from the CMS ERASE command. CA VM:Secure initialization fails.
Action:
Erase the CMSUT3 file on the CA VM:Secure A‑disk and start CA VM:Secure again.
