Reason:
You have initialized CA VM:Secure with the TEST startup parameter and a SERVANT ON record in the PRODUCT CONFIG file. (The TEST startup parameter is no longer supported.) CA VM:Secure cannot run in TEST mode with SERVANT ON so it turns the Servant Facility off.
Action:
If you want to run CA VM:Secure in TEST MODE, you must turn the Servant Facility off in the PRODUCT CONFIG file.
