Reason:
The system is prompting you to enter an optional distribution code to be assigned to a new user ID being created. The command waits for you to enter your reply.
Action:
Specify the desired distribution code, if any. If you give a null reply, the distribution code specified in the skeleton is used. If the skeleton does not have a distribution code specified on the ACCOUNT statement, the distribution code defaults to the user ID.
