Reason:
CA VM:Secure found a MANAGER record in the VMSECURE MANAGERS file that specified a user ID you have not defined to CA VM:Secure. CA VM:Secure will not complete initialization successfully. The CA VM:Secure ADMIN MANAGERS command will fail.
Action:
Create the user ID that you want to define as a manager before adding the user ID to the VMSECURE MANAGERS file.
