Reason:

Using the RULES command, you have attempted to create a rule with more than one of the options RESID, LDEV, and NETID. These options are mutually exclusive. The RULES command is rejected, and you are prompted to fix the error.

Action:

Correct the error and issue the FILE command again from XEDIT.
