Reason:
The VMXFEN01, VMXFEN02, VMXFEN03, or VMXFEN04 password encryption utility program has detected user IDs existing on the HOLD database minidisk. The database cannot be encrypted if user IDs exist on the HOLD minidisk. The utility program terminates.
Action:
Temporarily activate the user IDs on the HOLD minidisk.
