Reason:

While processing an ACCESS record in the PRODUCT CONFIG file, CA VM:Secure determined that the minidisk is attached in read‑only mode. Minidisks specified on ACCESS records in the PRODUCT CONFIG file must be attached in read/write mode. Initialization fails.

Action:

Attach the indicated minidisk in read/write mode, then restart CA VM:Secure.
