Reason:
The IPLDISK record in the PRODUCT CONFIG file specified a virtual device address that was not defined for the CA VM:Secure service virtual machine. Initialization fails.
Action:
The PRODUCT CONFIG file must be corrected before CA VM:Secure is started again.
