Reason:
The required database minidisk was not specified on an ACCESS record in the PRODUCT CONFIG file. Initialization fails.
Action:
All required database minidisks, DRCT, BKUP, and HOLD, must be specified with ACCESS records in the PRODUCT CONFIG file.
