Reason:
The user exit exitname specified on a USEREXIT record in the PRODUCT CONFIG file could not be found on any accessed disk on the CA VM:Secure service virtual machine. Product initialization or the CA VM:Secure CONFIG PRODUCT command will eventually fail.
Action:
Specify the correct file name and file type of the appropriate user exit or make it accessible to the server. You may have specified the wrong file type; TEXT is the default. If you do not need the user exit, you can remove the USEREXIT record.
