Reason:
During CA VM:Secure initialization or while updating the directory entry file for userid, CA VM:Secure determined that no virtual devices were defined in the directory entry and the logon password was not set to NOLOG for the user. CA VM:Secure does not initialize, or the user ID is not updated.
Action:
Set the password to NOLOG or define a virtual device.
