CA VM:Secure initialization has failed. The current date and time are ddmmmyy and hh:mm:ss respectively. This message is preceded by other messages that explain why CA VM:Secure initialization did not complete. Control returns to CMS.
Action:
Your CA VM:Secure system administrator must refer to the explanations of the other messages sent by CA VM:Secure to determine why initialization failed and how to correct the problem. When the problem is corrected, the system administrator can start CA VM:Secure again.
