You can change the contents of a directory profile with the ADMIN PROFILE command, including on the command the name of the directory profile you want to change. This is the same command you use to create a directory profile. The only difference is that you include on the command the name of an existing directory profile rather than a new one.
Changes you make to an existing profile are immediately applied to all directory entries that include that profile.
