System Logger

The System Logger was introduced in the operating system to centrally collect data generated by transactional applications and databases. CA Tape Encryption creates log records for internal events. These log records can be copied to an operating system log stream and used for statistical reports and problem analysis. The CA Tape Encryption Logger consists of two customizable components: the Internal and the External Logger.
