Refresh CA Top Secret and CA Tape Encryption Storage Profiles

After modifying the BES.SECURITY profile or any other CA@BES or OPERCMDS profile, the following system commands are required to refresh storage profiles:

TSS REFRESH(stc-acid) JOBNAME(BESn)
BESn RELOAD=SECURITY
