The DFSMS data class names defined for CA Tape Encryption can be any name chosen by the user that meets the standard data class name requirements (alphanumerics as well as the following special characters: $, @, or #). The BES= or BESn= parameter string in the description field of the data class uniquely identifies a data class as one used by CA Tape Encryption. This must include a valid parameter value as described in Data Class Description Character String Values.
