Reason:
The API for the License Management Program could not be found.
Action:
This error will not cause any immediate problems. Execution continues normally; however, this message will be repeated each time a CA SymDump Batch module is executed until the License Management Program is installed correctly. See your CA Common Services for z/OS documentation.
