Reason:
An error occurred while you were attempting to lock a report. The report was not locked.
Action:
This usually indicates that the report was locked or deleted by another job or user after your repository index selection list was initially displayed.
Use the REFRESH command to update the contents of the repository index selection list. If the report still appears in the list, and the report has not been locked by another user, this may indicate an internal error. Contact CA Technical Support.
