Reason:
An I/O error has occurred while accessing either the input or output CLIST libraries causing the CAOHCNVT SYNAD routine to get control. CAOHCNVT invokes the SYNADAF facility to format an error message, after which it aborts with a U1606 abend.
Action:
Check the DCB attributes of the two libraries, correct the error, and resubmit the job.
