Reason:

The SYMDSN, PRTLIB, or NDVRDSN parameter was specified in the CAIOPTS data set, but the CAISYM, CAIPRTLB, or CAINDVR DD was already coded in the JCL. These parameters cannot be used to override DD statements in the JCL.

Action:

This is an informational message, no action is required. The parameter is ignored.

However, to eliminate this error, remove the DD statement from your JCL or remove the parameter from CAIOPTS.
