Affiliate Dialog--Time Tab

The Time tab is where you specify time restrictions for generating assertions for a consumer. When you add a time restriction, a user must attempts to access an consumer during the specified time period. If the user attempts to access a resource outside of the period, the producer does not generate a SAML assertion.

Configuring time restrictions for assertions is similar to configuring restrictions for policies.

Note: Time restrictions are based on the system clock of the server on which the SiteMinder Policy Server is installed.

The controls on the Time tab are as follows:

Set button

Opens the Time Dialog from where you can specify time restrictions for the consumer.

Remove button

Removes time restrictions for generating an assertion.
