URIs Containing a Colon Fail (47575)

Symptom:

The SAML Affiliate Agent will fail when the user requests any resource with a colon (:) in the URI. It does not matter whether the colon is in the query string or as part of the URI path or resource.

Solution:

This is no longer an issue.
