No Validation For Invalid IP Address When Calling SmPolicy.setIPRestriction (48918)

An exception is thrown when an invalid IP address is set for com.netegrity.sdk.policyapi.SmPolicy.setIPRestriction (java.util.Vector ipRestriction) provided by the Java SDK. This validation check helps ensure that the policy can be edited in the Policy Server User Interface when an invalid IP address is passed in custom code.
