You can use a third-party certificate utility to manage your SSL certificates. This eliminates the need to have a specific web browser SDK version installed in your environment.
One such certificate utility is Network Security Services (NSS) utility (version 3.2.2). You can download the appropriate file for your operating system from Mozilla.

Important! When using this tool on Windows Server 2003, you must use the full path to the executable file.
