Agent Trace Logs Display Incorrect URL in Cookie Provider Logs (51621)

Symptom:

The agent trace logs now display the correct URL in the cookie provider logs for both SecureURLS=YES and SecureURLS=NO.

Solution:

This is no longer an issue.
